Has your phone been in contact with liquid? Bring it in and we can take a look and assess the damage while also cleaning out the device and test accordingly.

If a guest goes to a store without a repair center, all they should have to do is request a quote from any Sales Rep, pay an initial diagnostic fee ($30), and sign a repair disclaimer. Reps will handle shipping the repair and notifying the guest when it is complete.
